Join a specialist immigration practice as a Business Immigration Associate focused on advising corporate clients and their foreign-national employees on non‑immigrant and immigrant visa matters. You will work on case strategy, prepare petitions and applications for government agencies, and support immigration program management and compliance.

The role involves client communication and counseling, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and collaborating with global mobility teams. You will also mentor more junior staff, contribute to process improvement, and use practice technology and firm protocols to manage workflow and risk.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the D.C. bar
2–3 years' experience in business immigration practice
Strong drafting, proofreading and client‑communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical/problem‑solving ability, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working with practice technology, SLAs, and in team‑based workflows; experience supervising or mentoring junior staff a plus
