Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate — San Francisco

An opportunity has arisen for a finance associate to join a market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team in San Francisco. The group handles high-profile, top-of-capital-structure representations in both chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

The practice advises creditors and borrowers on liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings. Clients include hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions.

This is a chance to work on complex, headline matters at the most senior levels of the capital structure alongside a well-regarded restructuring bench.

• Law school class years 2019 through 2023.
• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings.
• Strong academic credentials and transactional finance skills.
• Admission to the relevant state bar.
