A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Finance & Banking practice in San Francisco, with a focus on sponsor finance and lending transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced financing deals alongside a diverse and collaborative team.

The group primarily represents private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, particularly acquisition financings and refinancings. Associates take on meaningful responsibility and work closely with colleagues across the practice.

3 to 6 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm.
Experience representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, particularly acquisition financings and refinancings.
Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and concisely in oral and written form.
Member of the State Bar of California.
