Business Litigation Associate – Commercial Litigation

Midlevel associate role in a national commercial litigation group. The team handles complex business disputes in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution forums, working on large, multiparty matters for corporate clients.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience (midlevel associate)
• At least one year of litigation experience at a law firm; judicial clerkship preferred
• Admission to the California bar
• Proven experience managing large, complex litigation matters
• Excellent written and oral advocacy and strong academic credentials
