We are seeking a midlevel associate to join our global litigation team in London, focusing on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving content moderation, platform regulation and AI matters.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes, cross-border disputes and investigations at the intersection of law and innovation, advising the world's most innovative companies on technology regulatory issues.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Advising clients on content moderation, platform regulation and AI investigations and disputes.
  • Helping clients navigate risks associated with new technology, digital assets, and emerging digital regulations, including the EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act, and UK Online Safety Act.
  • Supporting clients in their engagement with international regulators and policymakers.
  • Managing complex projects, including delegation and supervisory responsibilities where appropriate.
  • Contributing to business development and building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in technology-based investigations or litigation, preferably with familiarity with UK and EU frameworks—including the UK Online Safety Act, the EU AI Act, and the EU Digital Services Act—as well as enforcement by the European Commission and Ofcom, and emerging global online safety and AI regulations.

  • UK, EU or foreign qualified lawyer with 2-5 years' PQE.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Experience within an established litigation and regulatory practice at a leading global firm.
  • Familiarity with global frameworks such as the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act, and EU AI Act.
  • Keen interest in cross-border content moderation, platform regulation and AI matters.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, evidenced by clear, precise and practical written and oral advice.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, including delegation and supervisory skills.
  • Motivation to support business development and aptitude for building strong client relationships.
