Business Restructuring & Reorganization Attorney — Los Angeles

Seek an associate to join a national law firm's Business Restructuring & Reorganization group based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on Chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructuring matters across debtor, creditor, committee and purchaser representations.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of restructuring experience from a major law firm or a bankruptcy clerkship, strong academic credentials, and comfort managing day-to-day client work on complex reorganizations.

• 4–6 years post-qualification experience handling Chapter 11 bankruptcies and restructurings
• Experience representing corporate debtors, creditors (or) creditor committees, and third-party purchasers
• Background in a corporate restructuring/bankruptcy practice or bankruptcy clerkship
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day matter workflows
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
