Immediate opportunity for an associate with 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience to join a busy Business & Tort Litigation team in Dallas. The role offers substantial client contact, significant responsibility on matters, and collaboration within a growing litigation group.

Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Deposition, hearing, and trial experience is preferred.
