A nationally and internationally recognized insurance practice is seeking a senior attorney with significant insurance coverage litigation experience to join its Dallas office. The team advises insurance-industry clients on complex coverage matters across the United States and internationally, and represents insurers in litigation involving all lines of coverage as well as bad-faith claims.

The role involves analyzing coverage issues and litigating both first-party and third-party claims across multiple lines of coverage, including bad faith. The attorney will manage all aspects of litigation, from depositions and motions through court hearings and trial.

At least 10 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience
Experience analyzing coverage issues and litigating first- and third-party claims across multiple lines of coverage, including bad faith
Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
Experience managing all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions and attending court hearings and trials
Texas Bar admission mandatory
