Mid-level associate role in a national capital markets and securities practice, based in Toronto. The position focuses on public and private securities work, including preparation of prospectuses, filing statements, information circulars and underwriting/agency agreements.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong drafting and technical securities-law skills, able to manage client requests under tight timelines and apply exchange rules and securities legislation to daily matters. Experience on private M&A transactions and leadership on share or asset purchase agreements is an asset.

3–7 years of securities / capital markets experience.
Ontario Bar membership required; membership in other Canadian jurisdictions and a U.S. call an asset.
Proven drafting experience with prospectuses, filing statements, information circulars, and underwriting/agency agreements.
Strong securities‑law technical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines; private M&A/share purchase agreement experience helpful.
