We are seeking a junior to mid-level Capital Markets associate to join a team handling commercial mortgage securitizations. The role involves drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials and partnering with deal teams on transactional work.

Candidates will interact directly with clients and other firm lawyers; familiarity with commercial real estate lending and securitization documentation is preferred but not required. The hiring team is looking for attorneys with at least two years of relevant capital markets or real estate lending experience.

Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in capital markets, securities offerings, and/or real estate lending
Experience drafting and reviewing disclosure and offering materials
Strong drafting, communication and deal-team collaboration skills
Admission to practice (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
