Top-tier capital markets team in San Francisco is seeking a 3rd–7th year associate with strong public securities experience. The role focuses on public offerings (including IPOs and equity-linked transactions), ongoing SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance matters for public companies, and advising underwriters and issuers across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

The team handles complex, high‑profile transactions for sophisticated clients; successful candidates will be comfortable managing client relationships, handling varied day‑to‑day workflow, and working collaboratively across a national or international practice. 3–7 years PQE in capital markets / public securities work
Experience on public offerings (IPOs, follow‑ons, equity‑linked transactions) and SEC/exchange reporting
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters; comfort with company governance matters
Prior experience in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
