• 1–2 years of transactional corporate experience (public and private company work)
• Experience with financings, M&A and emerging growth/startup transactions
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm preferred
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school
• Candidates returning from a judicial clerkship or with under one year of post-law-school experience should apply directly
