Our client, a preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice, seeks an associate with one to two years of general corporate experience to join its San Francisco office.

Ideal candidates will have represented high-growth businesses in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, gained within the corporate department of a national or international law firm. A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is expected.

1–2 years of general corporate experience with public and private companies
Experience with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters
Prior work in the corporate department of a national or international law firm

Current bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted promptly)
