Seeking a mid-level capital markets associate to join a national practice team in San Francisco. The role focuses on public securities work across IPOs, follow-on equity and equity-linked offerings, and advising public companies on governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance.

Ideal candidates will work closely with deal teams and client contacts on transaction execution and day-to-day public-company matters, supporting sophisticated clients in technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors. The group offers collaborative senior support and formal benefits and development programs.

3–6 years of U.S. capital markets / public securities experience at a national or international law firm
Experience on public offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, equity-linked) and public-company reporting and governance
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and project-management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deal timelines in a fast-paced practice
