Top-tier capital markets team seeks a Managing Associate with experience in public equity and/or debt offerings to join its US practice. The role supports capital raising for technology and life sciences clients and involves advising issuers, underwriters and investors on public securities transactions and related matters.

Position can be based in the firm's San Francisco, New York or Boston offices. The team offers structured training, mentoring and opportunities to work on complex, market-facing transactions in a collaborative environment.

4–5 years post-qualification experience in public securities (equity and/or debt) at a major or peer law firm
Strong record of drafting and executing public offering documentation and related securities work
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial mindset
Superior academic credentials and membership in the state bar where the candidate will practice
