An opportunity within a market-leading Capital Markets & Derivatives team in London, advising on structured finance, derivatives and debt capital markets matters. The role involves working with financial institutions, asset managers and corporate clients across a range of products.

The team is collaborative and international in scope, and offers varied, client-facing work including securitised derivatives, repackagings, OTC derivatives, repos, stock lending, strategic equity financings and DCM transactions. Partners are closely involved, so the role suits an ambitious associate who will take ownership of matters and engage directly with clients.

2-5 years' PQE in derivatives/structured finance or debt capital markets
Experience drafting and negotiating derivatives and structured finance documentation
Strong drafting skills and ability to provide practical commercial advice
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and work closely with partners
Good judgment, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for a varied transactional workload
