Ideal for a partner with a demonstrable IPO track record and the ability to lead public-offering transactions from diligence through closing. The role offers senior firm platform and client work across the United States.

A portable practice or established relationships in the technology capital markets are welcome and will support rapid integration into the team.

Experienced partner with a strong, demonstrable record of leading IPOs and other capital markets transactions
Extensive experience advising technology-sector issuers and working with underwriters and corporate clients
Proven deal leadership and project management skills on complex public offerings
Established market relationships and business development capability; portability of client relationships viewed positively
Active bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
