Top-tier US structured finance group is seeking a Career Associate with deep transaction experience to join its Structured Finance team. The role involves working on a wide range of securitizations and structured financings, including residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities (including esoteric ABS), CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations and related financings.

The position is open to candidates across the United States with a preference for attorneys who can be located in New York or Los Angeles. The team values collaborative, client-focused lawyers who can manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collegial practice.

The Career Associate track is an alternative to the partner path and is designed for lawyers seeking substantive, market-leading work with a balanced commitment profile and strong training and mentoring support.

4–7 years of law firm experience in structured finance or related capital markets transactions.
Demonstrated experience on securitizations and asset-backed financings (RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs preferred).
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-service skills; able to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced team environment.
Member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar and able to satisfy jurisdictional requirements for the office.
