Growing civil defense litigation team in Cincinnati seeks an associate with substantive courtroom and motion experience to handle a varied caseload of civil matters, including general liability, premises liability, products liability and other complex defense litigation.

Ideal candidates will have 2–7 years of civil defense or substantial commercial litigation experience. Admission to the Ohio bar is required; admission to or willingness to pursue Kentucky admission is a plus. Prior insurance-defense experience preferred but strong litigators from other backgrounds will be considered.

2–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, preferably in civil/insurance defense
Admission to the Ohio State Bar required; Kentucky admission or willingness to obtain preferred
Proven motion practice, discovery management, and client-facing experience
