Juris Doctor and active bar membership in the relevant state(s)
At least 3 years' post-qualification experience handling ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters
Experience drafting plan documents and advising on qualified and nonqualified plan issues; transactional M&A benefits experience preferred
Strong legal research, drafting, communication, organizational, and project-management skills
