An Am Law 100 full-service firm is expanding its Cleveland office and seeks a litigation associate with 2–5 years of substantial experience to focus on complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation. The firm offers flexible arrangements, including fully remote and hybrid options.

The role involves handling important aspects of litigation with limited supervision, including sophisticated motion practice, appellate work, and depositions. 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience
Focus or strong interest in complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation
Excellent academic background
Proven skills in legal writing, analysis, and research
Self-starter able to handle key litigation tasks with limited supervision
Track record of sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions strongly preferred
Trial experience preferred but not required
Commitment to superior client service
Must be licensed in Ohio
