Complex Litigation Attorney — Litigation, Columbus

We are seeking an associate to join a national, full-service law firm’s expanding Columbus litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and employment-related disputes across state and national matters.

Ideal candidates will be able to manage significant aspects of litigation with limited supervision, contribute to motion and appellate work, and participate in depositions and trial preparation. The group supports flexible work arrangements and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

• 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience, with commercial litigation, class action, or employment matters preferred
• Licensed to practice in Ohio
• Excellent academic record and strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to handle motions, appellate work, and depositions; trial experience preferred but not required
• Self-starter with a commitment to high-quality client service
