Senior Associate — Employment & Labor, Indianapolis

Seeking a team-oriented Senior Associate to join a busy Employment & Labor practice in the Indianapolis office. This role focuses on management-side employment litigation and counseling across a range of workplace disputes.

The successful candidate will handle depositions, draft dispositive motions, assist in developing litigation strategy, and advise clients on employment matters. Experience with wage-and-hour collective or class actions is a plus.

• Minimum of 6 years of employment/labor experience (PQE)
• Prior management-side employment litigation experience, including taking/defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions
• Experience or interest in wage & hour collective/class actions preferred
• Strong research, writing, analytical and verbal communication skills
