A nationwide employment and labor law firm is seeking a Class Action Litigation Associate to join its Cincinnati office. The firm has focused exclusively on workplace law since 1958 and counsels employers on developing proactive strategies, strong policies, and business-oriented solutions to build engaged, stable workforces.

This is a hybrid position and offers substantial early courtroom exposure. You will defend employers in a broad range of employment matters, from discrimination and wage-and-hour disputes to contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases, and you will advise and train employers on anti-discrimination and other employment laws.

The practice handles defense of agency discrimination charges and lawsuits involving a wide range of employment-related claims, including wage-and-hour class and collective actions, as well as related advice and counseling.

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years of experience in class action litigation defense work
Admitted to the Ohio Bar and in good standing
Strong desire for early courtroom exposure
Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills
