Associate, Corporate (Cincinnati)

Well-established Cincinnati law practice seeks a team-oriented corporate associate to support a broad corporate and business transactions practice. The role focuses on sophisticated M&A and related corporate work across entity formation and governance, financings and restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, fund formation, and strategic joint ventures.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 4 years' substantive experience in corporate/M&A transactions
• Experience with entity formation and governance, financings/restructurings, fund formation, and joint ventures
