Civil Litigation Associate — Cincinnati

Growing civil defense team in Cincinnati seeks an associate with 2–7 years of civil litigation experience to handle a broad docket of general liability, premises and products liability matters.

Role offers substantive courtroom and discovery work across complex civil litigation files in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Ohio Bar admission is required; Kentucky admission or willingness to seek admission is a plus.

• 2–7 years' civil defense or substantive civil litigation experience
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar required; Kentucky admission or willingness to obtain preferred
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred but strong litigators from other practices will be considered
• Demonstrated litigation skills: motion practice, discovery management, and courtroom exposure
