Apply in confidence →Established national law firm is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join its Pittsburgh office focusing on insurance coverage and bad-faith matters. The role centers on first-party property claims, UM/UIM disputes, coverage litigation and litigating claims involving insurance agents and brokers.
Work will involve complex litigation in both state and federal courts, with opportunities for courtroom appearances, depositions and professional development within a collaborative litigation team.
- Minimum 3 years' civil litigation experience (PQE) with significant insurance coverage/bad-faith work
- Experience handling first-party property claims, UM/UIM matters, coverage disputes and related agent/broker litigation
- Strong litigation, legal writing and oral advocacy skills; trial experience preferred
- Availability for in-person hearings, court appearances and depositions
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania; New Jersey admission a plus
