Civil Litigation Attorney — Insurance (Bad Faith/Subrogation), Pittsburgh

Growing insurance litigation team seeks a civil litigation attorney to handle bad-faith, coverage and subrogation matters in state and federal court. The role emphasizes contested first-party property claims, UM/UIM matters, coverage disputes and related litigation against agents/brokers.

• Minimum 3 years litigation experience (PQE)
• Experience with first-party property claims, UM/UIM, bad-faith and coverage disputes
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania bar; New Jersey admission a plus
• Strong writing, motion practice and oral advocacy skills; availability for in-person court appearances
• Trial experience preferred but not required
