Seeking mid-level civil litigation attorneys to join a busy regional litigation team in Missoula. The practice handles a broad defense docket across commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage, product liability and general liability matters.

Successful candidates will work on filings, discovery, motion practice and courtroom appearances with opportunities for depositions and trial work. The role offers mentorship, professional development and client-facing experience within a collaborative team environment.

Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (defense experience preferred)
Strong litigation skills including legal research, drafting, oral advocacy and client communication
Self-starter who can manage assignments with limited supervision and work effectively on teams
Trial experience preferred but not required
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Montana
