- Juris Doctor (ABA-accredited law school)
- Admission to the Montana bar or ability to obtain admission
- Minimum of three years of relevant public finance experience
- Experience as bond counsel or on municipal/private-activity financings
- Colorado bar admission is a plus; availability for a part-time schedule (17+ hours/week) required
