Flexible part-time opportunity for an experienced public finance attorney to join a regional office in Missoula. The role focuses on representing municipal and private-activity issuers and providing bond counsel support across healthcare, exempt facility, special-purpose and governmental financings.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating transactional documents, counseling clients on state and federal governmental and tax law issues, and supporting all phases and structures of public finance transactions. The role reports into the public finance group and offers a collaborative team environment.

The position is open to attorneys seeking a part-time schedule (benefits eligibility applies at 17+ hours/week) and emphasizes both technical public finance skills and practical client service.

Juris Doctor (ABA-accredited law school)
Admission to the Montana bar or ability to obtain admission
Minimum of three years of relevant public finance experience
Experience as bond counsel or on municipal/private-activity financings
Colorado bar admission is a plus; availability for a part-time schedule (17+ hours/week) required
