Joining the firm's General Counsel's Office, this role sits at the intersection of risk, claims and compliance. You will manage and investigate professional indemnity and employment-related claims, handle client complaints, and work with insurance partners to resolve matters and advise on coverage.

The post involves liaison with insurers, brokers and external advisers, supporting insurance renewals and preparing reports and trend analysis to inform risk mitigation. You will also contribute to policy, training and firm‑wide compliance projects across UK offices.

This is a permanent, full‑time role open to candidates based in any UK office; the role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

  • Qualified solicitor or substantial experience in insurance claims handling
  • Strong knowledge of professional indemnity insurance and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage matters independently with commercial judgement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders across functions
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience producing reports and trend analysis
  • Experience working with insurers, brokers or external counsel and managing competing priorities
  • Comfortable with technology and process-driven work; collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
