Senior associate-level opportunity for a qualified solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join a contentious asset finance team in Birmingham. The role offers early responsibility on investigative asset finance and equipment‑leasing litigation, working on a mix of casework including recoveries, title disputes and injunctive applications.

You will support senior lawyers on client matters, draft pleadings, court bundles and witness material, undertake legal research and manage discrete tasks or smaller matters with supervision. The team operates in a hybrid working model and provides structured training and clear progression.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales; NQ to c.3 years’ PQE
Experience or demonstrable interest in commercial litigation, preferably asset finance/equipment leasing disputes
Strong drafting skills (pleadings, advice, court bundles) and experience with disclosure and witness preparation
Good commercial judgment, legal research ability and confidence in client and third‑party contact
Ability to manage competing deadlines, work independently on discrete matters and contribute to business development
