Growing national law practice seeks a transactional associate with 3–6 years' experience to join its commercial finance team. The role is open to candidates in Philadelphia, Phoenix, or Minneapolis and involves representing institutional lenders, finance companies, investors and other market participants on complex commercial finance matters.

The position offers hands-on work on syndicated and portfolio financings, secured lending, and related restructurings and workouts. Strong exposure to UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy issues across all phases of commercial finance transactions is required. The group emphasizes mentorship, professional development and community engagement.

3–6 years' commercial finance transactional experience.
Practical knowledge of UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy code as applied to secured lending.
Experience on syndicated and portfolio transactions; workouts/restructurings and M&A/private equity experience a plus.
Active bar license in the state where candidate wishes to be considered.
Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills.
