National law firm is seeking midlevel associates to join a structured transactions / structured finance practice. The role is open to candidates for placement in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia or Washington, DC and will focus on corporate and finance transactional work within securitization and related financings.

The team handles a range of structured finance matters; candidates should be comfortable working on deal documentation, diligence, and commercial and regulatory issues that arise in structured products and financing transactions.

3-5 years post-qualification law firm experience in corporate or finance transactions
Experience or coursework in structured finance or securitization preferred (RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing exposure a plus)
Active bar membership in the state of the office to which you apply
Strong academic credentials and demonstrable transactional drafting and deal-execution skills
