Seeking a mid-level corporate finance associate to join a busy Finance & Banking team in Minneapolis. The role involves working on lender and borrower-side financing matters across industries, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and private credit transactions.

You'll take responsibility for drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents and closing deliverables, managing deal process and interacting with clients and other deal teams. 3–6 years' experience in finance or corporate practice with substantial lender and/or borrower representation
Experience with broadly syndicated credits, acquisition financings and private credit facilities
Strong drafting skills for credit agreements, security agreements, commitment letters and closing documents
Comfort managing deal process and client interaction; team-oriented and proactive
Admission to one or more state bars
