Commercial Lawyer — Technology (Southampton)

Law firm seeking a commercially-minded lawyer to join its Southampton technology team. The role focuses on general commercial work with an emphasis on digital, technology contracts and licensing matters.

The postholder will draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements, licensing arrangements and related digital/technology issues, working closely with commercial and technical stakeholders. The role offers exposure to a varied client base and cross-functional internal teams.

• Experience advising on commercial and technology-related contracts, including licensing arrangements
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
• Client-facing skills with ability to manage multiple matters and stakeholders
• Comfortable working as part of a specialist technology/commercial team
