Commercial Litigation Associate — Costa Mesa

Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a busy litigation team in the Costa Mesa office. The role offers responsibility across all phases of complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation and appellate work.

Expect substantial in-court and motion practice experience, ownership of active matters, and opportunities for oral advocacy and brief writing. California-based applicants: the posted salary range for this role is $255,000–$295,000; final pay is determined by experience and other factors.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• 4–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
• California bar admission or eligibility for admission
• Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Spanish or Arabic language skills a plus (optional)
