Top-tier litigation team is seeking a mid-level associate with experience in complex commercial disputes. The group handles high-stakes business litigation across a wide range of industries and adopts a trial-ready approach, drawing on experienced trial lawyers to staff matters according to client and case needs.

The role involves working on business torts, contract and joint-venture disputes, fraud and unfair competition, consumer protection, insolvency and restructuring, insurance coverage, and trade-secrets matters. Associates will be involved in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, and will work collaboratively with senior litigators and cross‑practice teams.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation.
Demonstrated experience with motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation (including depositions and witness prep).
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
Admission to practice in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
