Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a busy Complex Business & Commercial Litigation team in Houston. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting a wide range of business disputes in state and federal courts, including matters involving alleged financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary and partnership disputes, construction and UCC issues.

The position requires hands-on litigation work across the full matter lifecycle: drafting and arguing motions, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial. The team represents clients across industries and handles appeals and regulatory matters as needed.

J.D. and admission to the Texas Bar required.
2–7 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts.
Substantive experience with fraud, securities, contract, fiduciary, partnership, construction or UCC litigation preferred.
Demonstrated skills in motion practice, depositions, complex discovery management, and trial preparation.
