Commercial Litigation Associate (Litigation)

An established, multi-office US litigation team is hiring a commercial litigation associate to handle a broad docket of business disputes. The role offers regular responsibility on complex commercial matters, including motion practice, discovery management and trial preparation, within a collaborative team environment.

The position is open across multiple US offices and will suit a candidate looking to develop courtroom and case-management skills while working closely with senior litigators. The team works on contested commercial disputes across industries and values strong advocacy and practical problem-solving.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
• Demonstrated commercial litigation experience (motion drafting, discovery, hearings, trial support)
• Excellent legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage casework and client-facing responsibilities
