Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida bar or eligibility to waive/obtain admission
Prior experience on commercial litigation matters (drafting briefs, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice)
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills; ability to manage case workflow and deadlines
