Opportunity for a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join a national firm’s Phoenix office supporting the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group. The role involves handling complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts and in arbitration and administrative proceedings.

Responsibilities include managing factual investigations and discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. The team seeks proactive, entrepreneurial candidates who work well under pressure and contribute to an inclusive team culture.

4–6 years of post-qualification litigation experience
Active Arizona bar license or commitment to obtain promptly
Experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation: investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation/arbitration
Familiarity with state and federal court practice; second-chair trial or arbitration experience preferred
Interest or experience in transportation, supply chain, or related industry matters a plus
Excellent academic credentials, strong judgment, client communication skills, and ability to manage multiple matters
