A team-oriented litigation associate is sought to join a dynamic litigation group in the firm's Phoenix office. This is a hands-on role offering substantial responsibility in active litigation matters.

The position involves drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing and communicating with clients and opposing parties on complex matters, and preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances.

At least 3 years of litigation experience
Experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
