Bad Faith & Insurance Coverage Associate — Phoenix

Growing insurance coverage group in Phoenix is seeking an associate with experience on insurance coverage and bad faith matters. The role focuses on analyzing policy language, preparing coverage opinions, and defending insurers in first-party property and general liability disputes.

Work will include litigation tasks such as taking depositions, attending hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. The team handles coverage litigation, mediations and arbitrations in state and federal courts and works with clients across multiple lines of insurance.

• 1–7 years of post-qualification experience handling insurance coverage or general litigation matters
• Experience analyzing coverage issues and preparing coverage opinions (first-party property and general liability preferred)
• Litigation experience: depositions, hearings, motion practice, and strong courtroom skills
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Admission to the Arizona Bar required
