A national law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate with four to six years of experience for its Phoenix office. The role involves working primarily with attorneys in the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and client communication. Experience in state and federal court is preferred, and exposure to administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial. Second-chair trial or arbitration experience is a plus but not required.

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience
Active Arizona bar license or commitment to obtain one promptly
Experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation, including investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation, and client communication
State and federal court experience preferred
Administrative and arbitration experience beneficial
Second-chair trial or arbitration experience preferred but not required
Interest in transportation and supply chain issues a plus
Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills
