Growing insurance litigation team seeks an associate with strong coverage litigation experience to handle a broad litigation docket. The role involves drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and responding to discovery, conducting legal research, and supporting depositions, hearings and mediations.

The team advises on coverage issues and prepares coverage opinions and recommendations for clients. Admitted to practice in Nevada; additional admissions a plus
3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience
Proven research, drafting and analytical skills (Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis experience)
Experience preparing pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence and coverage opinions
Comfort participating in depositions, hearings and mediations
Ability to handle sensitive, time‑critical matters; strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
