A national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Phoenix office litigation team supporting clients in technology, manufacturing and transportation sectors. This role involves handling complex commercial disputes across state and federal forums and participating in arbitration and administrative matters as needed.

The associate will work on all phases of litigation including factual investigation, discovery, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, and client communication. The position offers exposure to transportation and supply-chain related matters and opportunities for courtroom and second-chair arbitration experience.

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience preferred
Active Arizona bar license or willingness to obtain promptly
Experience with discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediations; state and federal court experience preferred
Arbitration and administrative proceedings experience beneficial; second-chair trial/arbitration experience preferred
Strong academic credentials, client communication skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
