Well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join its Las Vegas litigation team. The role focuses on complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, including commercial contract matters, securities-related claims, and financial/fraud matters.

The position requires courtroom experience across all phases of litigation: drafting and arguing dispositive and pretrial motions, managing complex discovery, conducting and defending depositions, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and preparing matters for trial. The team handles matters for a mix of regional, national and corporate clients across varied industries.

Minimum seven (7) years of complex commercial litigation experience in federal and/or state court
Admission to the Nevada Bar
Demonstrated experience with motions practice, depositions, managing complex discovery, and trial preparation
Background handling securities, fraud, contract, fiduciary, partnership or loan disputes preferred
