Growing Las Vegas litigation team seeks an associate to handle construction-defect and related insurance-defense matters. The role involves case management across all phases of litigation: discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, and trials or arbitrations.

J.D. and admission to the Nevada Bar required.
Approximately 1 year of litigation experience; insurance-defense or construction-defect experience preferred.
Strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience with discovery, motion practice, hearings and depositions.
Comfort working on trials or arbitrations and collaborating with senior trial counsel.
