Join a specialist property and projects team in Brisbane advising on a broad range of commercial real estate and energy-transition transactions. The role offers exposure to acquisitions and disposals, hotel and resort deals, land tenure for wind/solar/battery and waste-to-hydrogen projects, carbon sequestration arrangements, and related project and finance work.

You will work on matters across Australia with a collaborative team that provides regular supervision and clear development pathways. The role includes client-facing responsibility, file management, and mentoring junior lawyers, with opportunities to contribute to business development and industry engagement.

3–4 years post-admission (PQE) in commercial property or real estate law
Experience with acquisitions/disposals and commercial property documentation; exposure to renewable-energy land/tenure matters desirable
Familiarity with project/corporate financing and personal property security transactions
Strong drafting, research, commercial judgment, file-running ability and client-facing skills
Interest in mentoring junior team members and participating in business development
