Fixed-term (4–6 months) hybrid opportunity to join a major firm's flexible legal resourcing team supporting a well-known organisation in the water-supply sector. The role provides day-to-day in-house property and commercial legal support, with an emphasis on leases and easements.

The successful candidate will work across a variety of property-related matters, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and delivering timely solutions while working autonomously on client-facing matters.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law with substantive property experience
Track record advising on leases, easements and general property queries
Comfortable providing pragmatic in-house advice and working autonomously across a range of matters
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
Available for a 4–6 month full-time (hybrid) secondment/contract
