The role focuses on equity and executive compensation matters across corporate transactions, public company work and routine plan design and compliance.
Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating equity and executive compensation arrangements, preparing proxy and disclosure materials, advising on IRC Sections 280G and 409A, and supporting M&A and IPO-related compensation work. The team emphasizes strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills.

- 3–6 years of relevant post-qualifying experience in compensation & benefits / executive compensation

- Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting and communication skills
